When you place an order to purchase a product from Hiddenagendalingerie.co.uk, we will send you an email confirming receipt of your order and containing the details of your order. Your order represents an offer to us to purchase a product which is accepted by us when we dispatch that product to you.
When we have dispatched the goods to us you have entered into a contract which is covered by UK distance selling regulations.
Under the United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase at any point from the time of ordering until seven working days after delivery.
To cancel this contract, either telephone us on 01489 799996 or e-mail us with the order number and your instruction to cancel.

Responsibility for the safe return of the item to Hidden Agenda is with you, and no refund will be given if the item is not received by us. We recommend UK registered post for this purpose inclusive of the appropriate insurance cover for the full RRP of the item/s being returned. We will refund in full the cost of the goods but not the postage.
We accept most major credit and debit cards including Visa, MasterCard, Delta, Switch, Solo, and Visa Electron, though currently not American Express. Please note we do not accept cheques or postal orders.
All our online transactions are carried out through a globally recognised payment processing organisation. They handle all your details on there secure servers and check for fraudulent activities. Your payment details are not held by us at any time in order to give greater security and peace of mind.
Delivery time and cost
All products will be shipped as soon as possible (subject to credit clearance and availability of stock. Hidden Agenda does not accept liability for availability of stock and will keep in regular contact with you regarding the progress of your order).

Lingerie purchased from Hidden Agenda leaves our shop in perfect condition and we offer a 100% guarantee that if you are in any way dissatisfied with the goods, we will exchange them or give you a full refund. The goods must be returned to us in perfect condition, be unworn and unwashed, have all original labels or tags intact and if appropriate be contained in their original packaging.
If we are unable to offer this money back guarantee we will state this in the goods description at time of purchase. Sale goods may not be refundable or exchangeable, and this does not effect your statutory rights.
Our normal returns period is 7 days from when you receive the goods, and any returned items must be received by us within this time.
Christmas gifts are subject to slightly different terms and conditions. We will accept the return of unwanted goods bought from us from the 15th November till 21st December so long as they are back by 14th January in the following year.
Delivery charges will not be refunded in the case of a return.
You may return your goods without giving us prior notice, and should complete the returns slip that accompanied your goods on delivery. We do need to know what you would like us to do.
We will let you know as soon as we receive the goods, and will then endeavour to process your request for either a refund or replacement as quickly as possible. In some cases this may take up to 21 days, we will endeavour to keep in contact regarding the processing of your request during this time by email or phone.
If you have requested a refund, or replacements of a lower value than the returned goods, a refund will be credited back to the card used to pay for the original order. We will let you know as soon as the refund has been processed.
If you have requested replacements of a higher value, any difference due will be charged to the card used to pay for the original order.
Return of Faulty Goods
If you believe the goods we have supplied to you are faulty, you should return the item to us together with a note, explaining what you believe is the problem and stating the original order number. When we receive the item, we will investigate the fault and contact you to agree the most appropriate resolution.
Please quote your order number on the top left hand side of the package, to assist us in identification on return.
Pricing and availability
We list availability information for products sold by us on the website, including on each product information page. Beyond what we say on that page or otherwise on the website, we cannot be more specific about availability. Please note that dispatch estimates are just that. They are not guaranteed dispatch times and should not be relied upon as such. As we process your order, we will inform you by email if any products you order turn out to be unavailable.
We will not be held responsible for any delay or failure to comply with our obligations under these conditions if the delay or failure arises from any cause which is beyond our reasonable control. This condition does not affect your statutory rights.
